We designed a comprehensive content ecosystem covering everything from defining the look & feel of each channel to the strategic activation around one of the industry’s key events: Mobile World Congress 2026. A system conceived not only to create content, but to empower teams and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Telefónica needed to evolve its social media presence to adapt to new formats, platforms, and publishing rhythms, while maintaining brand coherence and enabling greater autonomy for internal teams.
The challenge was twofold: modernising the brand’s visual and narrative language on social media, and creating an agile, scalable working system capable of producing content continuously and efficiently, with a narrative tailored to each channel.
The result is a robust, flexible, and scalable content system that enables Telefónica to:
